WatrHub Sees Equity Venture Capital Funds

   Toronto, Canada  --  Information technology company WatrHub has received $487,000 in new venture equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

WatrHub says that it "delivers actionable market intelligence for water and water-intensive industries."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

WatrHub was previously a member of the SURGE Accelerator class in early 2013.

Company founder and CEO is Ahmed Badruddin, previously a software engineer at Microsoft.
